The concept of developing a strategy/concept to reduce the wastage of resources in the environment is a needed part of development. In every Economy or Community which has a poor management of resources would not be able to achieve any developmental project. Even in our homes, offices or communities if leaders have poor resource management habits, the family, organization or community would always suffer and hence under-develop.

Histar Global Concepts Limited has in the past week being successful in the areas of Business Development, Youth development using globalized concepts, and Rural Farm Entrepreneurial Development, securing all three (3) Contracts; One with the State Government, One with an  NGO, and One with a private company. 
The use of developing an outfit to transpose the Community of mainly local business concepts into a more global outfit demands a lot of team work amongst farm entrepreneurs and other entrepreneurs from other industries.

Rabbit Breeding and Production Farm
The breeding of rabbits is a very important skill in livestock development. Rabbits provide cheap and available protein with the least fatty acids amongst most white meat.
The production of rabbits is at geometric progression, if standard breeding techniques are practiced. A lot of benefits are found in both breeding and production as rabbits multiply at geometric production i.e. very high.  

Rabbit Restaurant Enterprise
One of the most viable business in the world today is the Restaurant Industry, focusing on Rabbit as a lone recipe is a new concept. This would be penetrate the current competitors in the market, giving profit and sustainability.

Sustaining the Enterprise
This is determined by the business manager or entrepreneur as he/she have to possess a number of skills such as financial management, human and social skills, etc.

Conclusion
Adding value to farm products is the main logic behind wealth creation and resource utilization i.e. Entrepreneurship in Agriculture.

Green Markets - Farmers Market Intelligence Reports

The Green market refers to a market where farmers alone bring farm products to buy and sell.

 

The Market Intelligence Reports are reports that determine price status of agric products, and sources of farm products, from this reports you could pin point farms, their capacities and technology used by them. The farm reports are part of the R&D Unit.

 

I started my Market Intelligence with the approval given to me by the Director, REP Dept, NDE Hq., to carryout this initiative. The first farmers market of choice was one with a unique location found on the boundary between the FCT and Niger State, also not too far from Kaduna State, the Madallah Farmers Market, Suleja, Niger State.

 

Interviews, statistics and other data collection techniques aided me in carrying out my research!!

Resource Training by the BDM

The training programme was organised by AYEAID for beneficiaries of the YESTI-Plan under the Agriculture activities option. The livestock and poultry farming option was prepared and presented by Farouk Farouk, B.S. Mohammed, Usman Abdulmalik, with Mr. Farouk Farouk as leader of the Resource Team. The program covered over 313 beneficiaries and was carried out in 3 days at the Youth Center Minna, Niger State.
